Load Claim Reporting
Typically, we inspect loads, assess unit integrity, download onboard unit diagnostics and provide written reports to our customers. Providing reports on load claims or refused loads often identifies where in the supply chain problems have arisen.
The benefit of claims reporting includes reduced insurance claims and cost savings through identifying other parties responsible for damages; further, early identification of risk exposures improves a company’s best practices (ie. Precooling trailers, loading practices, monitoring of loaded units, etc.).
Fleet Assessment
Jonjo provides inspection services and reporting on customer fleets. Fleet assessments can provide opportunities for large cost savings through identification of problem units, and units that may need to be retired. Fleet assessments also provide an independent third party assessment of a customer’s own maintenance practices - (value for money audits).
Equipment Remarketing & Disposal
Jonjo offers its customers a number of remarketing & disposal options, at both the trailer and component levels. Our remarketing service is designed to help our customers gain the best financial return on their used equipment.
